富士吉田市内および河口湖周辺への配達可能です。泥酔状態、コミュニケーションが難しいお客様や過度なサービスをお求めになるお客様はご注文をお断りする場合が御座います。
We can deliver to Fujiyoshida city and the Kawaguchiko area. We may refuse orders from customers who are in a state of heavy drinking, have difficulty communicating, or request excessive service.
お客様からのご注文後は直ちに調理を開始します。
注文後の追加は受付可能ですが、変更およびキャンセルはお受けできません。
Cooking will begin once your order is placed. Additions can be made after an order has been placed, but changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.
配達に伺い15分待っても受け取られない場合には、店に持ち帰ります。その後、支払い請求コードをお送りします。当日中にお支払いされない場合は警察署へ相談し法的な措置を講じます。
We will send you a message that the delivery person has arrived. We will then wait for up to 15 minutes. If we are unable to meet you and hand over the orders, we will take it back to the store. We will then send you a billing code. If you do not pay by the same day, we will take legal action against you at the police station.
当店からのお願い：ホテルやキャンプ・グランピング施設で食事をされる場合は、施設や客室美化にご協力をお願いいたします。

当店では注文後に調理を開始しますので、注文後のお客様都合による変更やキャンセルは原則お受けできません。
配達時間は目安として注文日時から60分以内とするも、事前に配達遅延の可能性がある場合は当店からお客様に提案します。
了承の上で進行した場合、配達遅延が発生してもお客様には精算して頂く必要があります。
大量注文などにより在庫がなくなり調理ができない場合や、お客様のご要望に沿う事ができない場合、さらに配達範囲外、配達先不明などの場合、当店の都合により注文キャンセルをさせていただく事があります。
決済方法は商品と引き換えに行われ、決済方法は当Webサイトの決済方法案内に記した方法のみとします。
営業時間外、配達地域外の場合、注文をキャンセルさせていただく事があります。
当店の休日は不定休であるため、注文を受けられないことがあります。休日の場合はバナーの掲示により、当Webサイトに接続したお客様にアナウンスいたします。

Ordering, Delivery, and Payment

We start cooking after receiving an order. As a general rule, we cannot accept changes or cancellations to orders after they have been placed.
